Owner & Lead Propagation Specialist
Lydia is the heart and visionary behind Snip & Sprout. As the owner and lead propagation specialist, she combines her deep love of plants with a commitment to quality and sustainability.
Lydia personally oversees the cultivation and health of each plant clipping, ensuring every propagation meets Snip & Sprout’s high standards before it reaches a customer. She is also responsible for guiding the team and building relationships within the gardening community, working closely with both customers and suppliers. Her expertise and hands-on approach to plant care make her a trusted resource for plant lovers everywhere.
Derek
Co-Owner & Shipping/Logistics Manager
Derek is the co-owner of Snip & Sprout and is in charge of the logistics that keep things running smoothly. From managing inventory to handling packing and shipping, Derek ensures that each order is carefully packaged and shipped on time.
His attention to detail guarantees that every clipping arrives healthy and in top condition, ready for planting. In addition to logistics, Derek works on new initiatives for improving customer experience and the efficiency of Snip & Sprout’s operations, bringing an innovative, customer-focused approach to the team.

Customer Relations & Education Coordinator
Marie is the go-to person for Snip & Sprout’s customer relations, always ready to assist customers with questions, tips, and advice. As the education coordinator, she’s passionate about helping both new and experienced gardeners succeed with their plants.
